KMS介绍
要使用 KMS，您需要在本地网络上有一个可用的 KMS 主机。使用 KMS 主机激活的计算机需要具有特定的产品密钥。此密钥有时称为 KMS 客户端密钥，但正式称为 Microsoft 通用批量许可证密钥 (GVLK)。默认情况下，运行 Windows Server 和 Windows 客户端批量许可版本的计算机是 KMS 客户端，无需额外配置，因为相关 GVLK 已经存在。
KMS只能激活 VL ( / Vol, 大批量) 版的 Windows / Office，不能激活零售版。一般 VL 版的 Windows / Office 镜像文件名里包含 “vl” 或 “VL Build”。MSDN 里下载的 Windows 是 VL 版本的(但微软不提供 VL 版的 Office 镜像下载)。Windows 7 家庭版和旗舰版没有 VL 版，无法用 KMS 激活（这类系统只能用 Slic + OEM 激活）。Windows 的 VL 版与零售版相比的区别只是内置了 GVLK key。零售版安装后也可以通过更换 key 方式“换”成 VL 版本。
KMS 每次成功激活后有效期 180 天。系统会自动定时重复尝试连接 KMS 服务器“续期”，如果连续 180 天无法连接 KMS 服务器，则激活状态变成过期（expired）。
KMS 服务器默认运行在 TCP 1688 端口。
对于 Windows 7，如果 PC BIOS 里已经有 SLIC 2.1，可能无法使用 KMS 激活 Windows。（本来也不需要！）
使用 KMS 工具激活
有很多这种工具。这种工具是在本地运行一个（临时的）KMS 服务器然后激活本机上 windows / office。由于 KMS 激活只有 180 天有效期，所以需要定期重新激活，一般有3种方式：
1.每隔 180 天手动重新运行 KMS 激活工具。 2.KMS 工具把自己注册成服务 (Service)。 3.KMS 工具自己添加一个计划任务 (Scheduled Task)以定期“续期”激活。
推荐使用支持“计划任务”方式的 KMS 工具，无需手工干预又不占用系统资源。

手工使用 KMS 激活
需要有效的 KMS 服务器地址。网上多的是（如zh.us.to 、kms.03k.org ），可以使用 vlmcsd 这个开源软件在任意 Linux 机器上架设 KMS 服务器，有 OpenWrt 版可以直接架设在路由器上。
如果当前网络环境下有 KMS 服务器。企业版本的 Windows 会自动通过 KMS 激活。但 Office 好像不会，必须手动用命令指定 KMS 服务器地址激活一次。
激活 Windows
设置 KMS 服务器地址命令：如zh.us.to 、kms.03k.org
slmgr /skms kms_serve
kms_server 是 KMS 服务器的域名或 IP；如果 KMS 服务器运行在默认端口(tcp/1688)以外的其他端口，需要用 “:PORT” 指定。
立即尝试激活命令：（一般不需要手工运行，windows会自动定时尝试连接KMS激活)
slmgr /ato
查看本地 Windows 版本命令：
wmic os get caption
更换 key命令：
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
使用合适的 key 可以把零售版 Windows 转成 VL 版。
在这个目录下的 cmd 下执行：
cscript ospp.vbs /sethst:
激活Office
KMS 只能激活 VL 版 Office。如果安装的是零售版(Retail)的 Office，需要先更换为 VL 版 Office 的密钥。与 Windows 不同，对于 Office 微软的 MSDN 只提供零售版 Office 的官方公开下载地址（而对于 Windows MSDN 提供了 VL 版的 enterprise 版下载地址）。常见的镜像(如 Office 2021 的 ProPlus2021Retail.img) 安装后必须转换为 VL 版密钥才能用 KMS 激活。推荐使用 C2R-R2V-AIO （https://github.com/abbodi1406/C2R-R2V-AIO）这个工具自动进行转换。
Office 安装密钥命令：
cscript ospp.vbs /inpkey:XQNVK-8JYDB-WJ9W3-YJ8YR-WFG99
Office 应该很快就会在后台自动激活，如果需要立即激活：
cscript ospp.vbs /act
